Shipping Policy

Order processing times

After an order is placed, your order will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders after 2pm will be processed the following day.

All orders will have a tracking code that you can access and view the updates via the Shop app.

Digital product orders will be processed immediately and will generally be available with 1-2 business days.

Domestic and international shipping

Domestic and international shipping costs and timeframes vary depending upon the location, and whether we have a local distribution centre in your location.

Shipping times are generally within 5-7 business days from despatch. In some instances it may be quicker, or a little longer, depending upon the local carrier in your country - this is out of our control, but we endeavour to provide the best and fastest service that we can.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at check out, and for some items we offer free shipping.  In each case, it will be made clear at checkout time.

International orders outside of Australia may incur an import charge that is beyond our control.  We dispatch our items from local warehouses where we can to avoid such charges, but in some instance and countries this may happen.

Local Pick Up Options 

We do not currently offer local pick up options, but please watch this space as we are endeavouring to offer this soon.

Returns, changes, and cancellations

Our Returns Policy covers this.  Shipping delays may occur that are beyond our control. In such instances, please email:   info@smallrobot.ai  and we can investigate further, and if required, we can work out a fair solution.
